just cooked some "Jalapeno poppers" a recipe I got from a US BBQ site, mmmmmmmmmm they are sooooo good
cut the tops off some largeish jalepeno chillis and scoop out the membranes and seed, discard them.
heat some philly cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix I teaspoon of ground cumin and 2 diced spring onions in with it.
poke a hole in the pointy end of each chilli and using a teaspoon stuff them full of cream cheese mix till it starts to come out the hole, wrap in bacon length ways and another strip around crossways then thread on a metal skewer
BBQ them for about 30 minutes in a covered weber type bbq.
the best little travel bbq I ever bought, a weber go anywhere gas grill, awesome little cooker!!
smokey cooked bundles of bacony, cheesey Mexican goodness mmmmm
served up with toast an egg and mix of sweet chilli sauce and firey hot pepper sauce
dam that was a great lunch

People laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same.
