Ghurkins burgers

Caught anything lately? Post up how you cooked it here and if it was a success. Doesn't only have to be fish....

Ghurkins burgers

Post by Ghurkin »

Bought a burger attachment for the sausage machine, its soooo easy to use and mixing the meat take longer than cranking burgers out :wtf: lol I used 2.5 kilos of beef mince, 1/2 kilo of fried diced bacon, 1/4 bunch chopped parsley, 3 beaten eggs and two packs of french onion soup as seasoning.

Do you have any idea how hard it is not to nick frying bacon lol

filling the hopper, its a 3 kg hopper so I filled it right up

the attachment lol so easy to use , wind the handle, fill the hole in the plate, slide it to one side pop the burger out and wind the handle again, 16 x 250 gram burgers made in less than 5 minutes

slightly disturbing video of the burger machine in action with sound track, try not to smile  , it wasnt tightened properly so moved around some

finished burgers ready for the BBQ tonight and the rest for the freezer

I'll post cooked pictures after I cook them later mmmmmmmm 250 gram burger patty, chilli sauce, fried onions, lettuce, tomato, cheese god iM hungry

Now that's an understatement.

And I still have no idea why a guy I used to work with had a fascination for glass top coffee tables. :?
