A guy from Queensland is using a Waterwolf tow cam so I went looking for prices, footage etc. Check this out. Would be awesome dragged through a school of Salmon I reckon.

Bugger the towcam....... where do I get a smaller version of that 3D trout line through lure? It swam awesome.

I think water quality is the biggest issue.... I have my GoPro on a sticky mount underwater and 2-3ft visibility is about it
