Actually, I have to say the whole video library is very informative and moderately amusing. Chef John narrates everything like Big G@y Al after a few Chardonnays. I especially like the video on how to remove the bone from a leg of lamb, when he says "And by the way, it's Deboning a leg of lamb, not Boning a leg of lamb, pretty sure that means something different"
