Werribee South Fishing Club http://www.werribeesouthfishing.com/ is always looking for new members, we could all join up there and become the vyak arm. They run some great comps, have good club rooms, lock-up boat area (well the tennis court, anyway) and easy access to the bay.
Or just have an affiliation with them and be covered by their legialities.

If you will all pardon the pun... something smells fishy to me.

Re: The evolution of VYAK
I don't know about anyone else but something is not right!
This all sounds corporate + sponsor driven and an idea by people trying to make a buck.
To me this doesn't seem admin driven (correct me if i am wrong) considering you guys don't have the time, so let the guys that are pushing this do it themselves and save yourselves from all the stress and bullshit.
Strip vyak back to its basic's and lets just have the old BBQ style meets and greets and go fishing!

Re Tipsta
Over the last few weeks Tipsta and i have had numerous conversations re a comp for 2013 in the last few weeks he has/had secured numerous sponsors that were on board and offering great support, even to the point where a fully fitted out kayak was a prize. I hope we have not lost Tipsta from vyak over what looked to be a really good move forward..
vikodin i guess only admin can answer the question of where this has come from and i think they did in the first few posts..

That's funny we are shying away from comps and asking you people if you want to form a club.it doesn't make any difference to us if you do or don't we are trying to be helpful to the people that want to what they do with sponsors is up to them.cheers Babylonvikodin wrote:I don't know about anyone else but something is not right!
