Im thinking that if the wind is from the west as it often is at mornington this would get me back to shore reasonably quickish, doesnt look all that hard to make one yourself.

Looks interesting Gurkin, not a lot of info on the site, does it inflate to help assist in lunching, or if it takes a dive into the water?
It also looks as though it only has once string, a two or even four string kite, are far more controllable and can generate a lot more power.
