Hey Ghurin, its really a better idea to get a boating regs book, or usually found at all boat ramps on the information board, in PPB, WP,we all need to have a PFD 1 or 3 (with as1512 visible), a floating torch, bailing bucket :wtf:.If going 2nm offshore you need all the pevious gear plus a parachute flare and Epirb i think (from memory). All the other stuff is really only what you want to take, not requirments.

Both canoeing and kayaking involve paddling a small craft through water. They are low impact activities that can improve your aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility.
