Please don't try and enter dusky and then rock and then yank etc.
Just chuck your biggest flatty up to keep it easy and avoid ID disputes.

Just on this point: It applies to other species too. e.g. bream. Don't try to enter a yellowfin bream and a black bream. A bream is a bream.

Im in ,this will be a good exuse to get a decent camera just one thing if Ive got this right you only enter your biggest fish for the day

another question guys, i read that its the overall length but i dont get it, so do we hold the tail down on bream and fish wit forked tails? Wouldn't that make it a lil un-accurate ?

Biggest fish of every species for the month. You can enter any number of fish each month as long as they are in the DPI species list and only one of each species. You can upgrade a previously entered fish if you catch a bigger one.

Measure end to end e.g. head to tip of tail. Can't be simpler!
Squid are measured by hood length only
