Live On The Mornington Peninsula?

I don’t envy you the traffic but I do envy you being near one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve even encountered!

I’m a bit partial to a nice feed of Chinese tucker and I have to say I can’t remember better than that at the “Wok on Bay” at Mt Martha!

We’ve eaten there maybe 6 times and it’s fantastic tucker! Last night Mongolian Combo blew our socks off. it was bloody magnificent!

Their dimmies are the best too.

Do yourself a favour.

It’s not cheap but worth whatever they charge.

My dear departed loved her chinese, if there was a good chinese restaurant nearby she would find it ;). We lived in boronia an used to get takeaway every Sunday night, as she grew up there she always got her chinese fix from the golden park in Bayswater, i must say it was the best allround and the fried ice cream was to die for! Cheap, sit in was cheaper than takeaway, takeaway you had to pay 30c for each container lol, then there was one in dandenong, can't remember the name but the food was the best I've ever tasted, the last one that i can recall was when we lived in mt Gambier, again i can't remember the name, but it was down a little lane way somewhere near the lakes village, the food was really good, they made dims sims similar to what they call south melbourne market dim sims, both chicken and pork. Btw if you didn't know dim sims were invented by a Chinese cook in Melbourne ;) .

There were many other chinese restaurants that we ate at in our travels, however these above-mentioned ones were the better.

Lol i used to travel from Mitcham to frankston for a suvlaki as the dude cooked the best in Melbourne, i also traveled from Mitcham to perth for the best hamburger, i love good takeaway lol

Dragon Boat or Shark Fin Inn for good yum cha and a small place in Crookwell NSW introduced us to Mongolian lamb done the right way, we now do it ourselves but it is time consuming.
