Hi Pete, never good when you're told that sort of news but, as others have said, the medicos are brilliant and you'll be back stronger and fitter than before so best wishes for a speedy recovery If the goat track needs some 'work' give me a call and I'm sure a mini working bee with other VYak members can be organised...... don't want you straining that "foofer' valve:lol:

'Ejection Fraction', aka the percentage of blood leaving your heart each time it pumps. If you've had an echo they will have calculated this (along with the amount of dilation). Mid to upper 50's is considered normal.maverick wrote:EF?
