parfix epoxy adhesive.

Post by kevinthefisherman »

Hey guys quick question . just got my Revo 13 and Chucking some ram tubes behind seat. I was told to put some epoxy adhesive between mount. I grabbed some parfix epoxy adhesive 24ml from bunnings. Just wanna know if it was right stuf lol. Didnt think it would stick to polyethylene anyway or is it more just to seal it up ? Just making sure wont melt a hole in my new yak.

Thanks guys

I'm sure Jim will sort you out, but no, don't use epoxy. It will most likely melt the plastic. Just a little squeeze of silicone in the screw holes before you attach the holders is all you need.
