As a lead up to the BIG DAY on the 25th nows the time to practise your table manners and dining ettiquette by joining the regular yakkers on Wednesday 18th December at The Mitre Tavern at 12.30pm. I'm now flying to China on the 18th for work and returning on the 19th. So I'll be an apology for lunch. I hope you all have a great time.

Yeah, is it ever. 24.5 hours of flying for 21.5 hours on the ground, part of it sleeping. Everyone wants to do a video conference but the Chinese client insists on a face to face workshop just before Christmas. Still it could be worse, I've had to do Hong Kong and back in the same day before. :o

I suspect a typo. 21.5 hours on the ground, part of it fishing.

I wish. This is where I'm actually going.

I'm working on a new luxury hotel project right on the water. Looks very fishy but I expect all the fish would be undersized or heavily polluted/mutant.

Will be interesting if the client do speak English, else, it would be a very long boring meeting for you!
