There is no spoon
Just posted a clip cramming some of the most memorable moments I've had on a kayak in the past few years into a highlight reel. Enjoy

Excellent stuff Josh.
It might be a challenge getting a highlights reel like that done in Melbourne, but I look forward to seeing you try.
Cheers.

Mingle, there's always holidays man. Nth NSW and QLD might look like a long way away, but really they're not. And trust me, if you pick your time, it's worth the effort.
Rhino while I am going to put in some hard yards to chase big fish here in Vic (Walkerville, Prom, Portland, etc) I'll never top what is possible from up north. Thus my attitude about where to go on holidays, and when

That's impressive, must be hours of raw footage to sift through to get the end result.

That is freakin awesome
So what are the species on your radar now? at a guess for down here Big bluefin, threshers, mako's and kingies would be the most obvious choices, but are there any you missed out on up north that you have unfinished business with?

Actually I cheated mate. All I did was go back through my earlier edits and cut out the best bits, so no raw footage was used in this clip whatsoever (put it together in a day). That said many hours of sifting through raw footage was done to make the earlier clips.Galey wrote:That's impressive, must be hours of raw footage to sift through to get the end result.
Vikoden, correctomondo on the obvious choices you mentioned. To be honest I have unfinished business on all of the illustrious species... just want bigger specimens on most of them now (though thats unlikely on the new). And I haven't landed a marlin yet. Oh, big barra, yellowfin tuna, maui maui and sailfish all on my list.
