The setup looks well thought out. Very versatile kayak the Espri. For some reason, not all that many in Vic.

Ive tried many kayaks over the years and Espri best one that Ive used. Hobie are great just unsuitable for some of the areas I fish.

Yep, a very under rated boat south of Sydney. I've used mine for creek bashing, rivers, bays, offshore and surf launches etc. It has a better than expected good stability to speed ratio. They also handle rough conditions surprisingly well for a non specialist craft. They take a bit of creativity to rig well but thats a small price.

Might be the 800 dollar price tag on them that stopped alot. It was the first yak i bought for fishing and was great.
