NEWBIE (again!)

Post by FECKIT »

Geezuz.. just a few weeks ago I was an Newbie on another KF site.. guess this is the new home for mexicans so here I am. Saves energy as I don't have to type "VIC" in front of everything! Still wet behind the ears with all this yak fishing caper but loving it so far. Been a land based fisho since before my first tug so about time I hit the water huh?

Off to Mallacoota for 5 days this Thursday so can't feckin wait.. more excited than a blind lesbian in a fish market!

G'day Feckit, I'm heading to Mallacoota too but staying at Lake Entrance for 4 or 5 days first, we are leaving early Tuesday Morning. Pity we weren't going to be there at the same time, could have went out for a fish.
Cheers Gary

We prob will be there a couple of the samedays.... I'll be there Friday morning til the following wednesday. Gonna be chugging around the inlet in a houseboat and will mainly use the yak after dark to troll some live bait for Jewies (rum consumption permitting!). My old man is coming too and he loves a sail so I got the sail option for the yak - I'm sure he'll be out in it during the day. I might have to disengage the rudder for a bit of a giggle ;)

I might be over 40 (just) but I never been a model ;)

Yup - fawshaw... there are some large units lurkin under the wharf. I have a chuckle when I see people trying to cast the nuts off their gear at the docks chasing Bream. I reckon there are feckall in the channels - they all be very happy munchin on the plethora of food on the pylons. BTW.. there are some massive mussels down there too - no end of fresh bait for a yak trip.
