We were met with wet wild windy weather in Ballina more than 150mm fell a few days before we got there and another 100 or so while we fished both days.
Let's just say if we didn't have our Hobies it would have been nasty with a paddle, we had 30+ knot winds and massive 5 knot currents so without the drive we would have had to sit in one spot with a steak out pole and then get swamped by 1 ft waves in the river. Glad I had my Pro Angler. Well done to ScottyL and Neil.
