Newest update is that the landlords want to move back in for summer and we are getting evicted. Works as good motivation to find a new place, and summer is S#!^ in Torquay anyway. The tourists drive me mad.

Seaholme is worth a look - small subub tucked in near the water between Willy & Altona. Bit of a sleeper I reckon, some good buying in there.
