Few more mini mods for the fisha:
First mod was an idea stolen from Grant Ashwell's revo. Its a rare-earth magnet to hold rigging needles for live baiting.
Started off with one of these:
They have a coating on them but I added a couple of coats of rust proofer for good measure and then installed it on the hatch lid.
While I was at it, I added some p-clips to the bolts that hold the EPIRB on the underside of the hatch lid. Then I added some bungy to hold a pliers /boga
Last mod was a wind paddle, haven't had a chance to test it out yet but now I'm looking forward to the next windy day. I already had a stainless padeye and ring up front to pass a lock through so I just added one to the other side too to mount the sail.

Nice. I like the magnet mod, and have had one sitting here for the same reason for a couple of weeks, but haven't gotten around to fitting it yet. Should be good for holding hooks/swivels etc while rigging. Gonna mount it in the revo just forward of centre hatch under the deck to keep things close at hand.
