At Wendouree the rowing lanes next to the larger reed bed tend not to get cut back as much so you will snag a lot of weed there. The lanes across the centre and SE side are much clearer and you would be able to troll there with only very occasional weed on lures. All the best a Cairn Curren, its a lot further for me so wouldn't get up there much. Wendouree for me is 1hr 20 mins so I get there a bit when its too windy for the salt.
