I would get used to it as it is first before you start throwing money at it.

Anchor trolley and Removeable rod holders that suit your flush mounted rod holders for bait fishing and a milk create for behind the seat with some 40 pvc cable tied into the corners will also hold your anchor and other requirements and you'll be smashing the fish in no time

Mod it the same as mine
Sounder/fishfinder, Crate with rod holders, "H" frame at rear with huge light pole & LEDs + Flag, Rear rod holder/s, BUNGEE cord/straps + caribiner clips.
PFD!!!!
I haven't used my anchor in the salt as yet, bit risky in these lil things as a side wave & u get it so I just let my net drag in the current & it slows my drift pretty good.
