Berkley 3" Powerbait Glitter minows

The Berkley 3" powerbait glitter minows in Pumpkinseed have been my goto for the last couple of months. I have done particularly well on the Bream with them, They have also taken Salmon and Trevally and some flat head. Overall I have found pumkinseed in any style lure to work well. And I think the glitter gives that little something extra particularly in dirtier water.

These are great on sambo's as well, I read a while ago that minnow type plastics work great around dirty boat hulls, jetty's etc on the breambo's.

I think you are referring to the Berkley Powerbait Pumpkin Seed With Scales. They work on the Snapper too.

The best bit about them mate is that if the fish ever go off them, you can tell the missus you have been very thoughtful and started buying extra sparkly decos to hang off the chrissy tree come december. If they ever moan about the price of SP's again you can always say...
"Where the f**k else can you buy a dozen Christmas decorations for 8 bucks? - now piss off; ain't you got some shirts to iron?"
