G'day from Rowville/Rye

Post by HaTTerS »

Hi!... oops I mean G'day!

I've been fishing ever since I could hold a fishing rod but always land based and usually alone, always wishing I could get my bait out just that little bit further.
A video on Youtube showed me the light. Kayaks.... and not just any kayak, a fishing kayak, built for the job!
I invested in a Hobie Outback in August 09 and haven't looked back since.
Meeting other like minded yak fishos, sharing knowledge, sharing stories and organising trips together are some of the things that make this hobbie (or should I say "life style" ;) ) even more enjoyable. I don't see myself slowing down any time soon.
Looking forward to meeting more Vic yakkers through this forum.
