Best Squid Recipie Yet

Caught anything lately? Post up how you cooked it here and if it was a success. Doesn't only have to be fish....

Best Squid Recipie Yet

Post by DantheFishoMan »

I've caught a lot of squid lately but this recipe takes the cake (pardon the pun)!! I made it for the first time on the weekend and I loved it. It’s reasonably healthy too as you don’t need a lot of squid. For anyone who doesn’t know, squid is high in bad cholesterol.

Oh great. Really ???
squid is high in bad cholesterol
And here was me thinking I was being better by eating more "fish" (well, seafood)

Somebody told me this on the weekend too! I couldn't believe it! I love squid, thought it was one of the healthiest things you could eat! DOH! 30 years of arteries clogged with bad squid cholesterol.

Dish looks delish, tastes the part and was piss-easy to make, Thanks!
Regards,
Tola
