G'day Guyz,
My name is Mitch and I live in Pakenham, Victoria. I first got into kayak fishing when we were going to a place we normally fished in the stinker(Putter) and it was too rough so we went over to the other side of the Pennisula and there was a bunch of about 35 yakkers out there. We pulled over and started talking to them. After that me & the old man both brought hobie outbacks. They were fun and had heaps and heaps of use until we went in some PA's. Sold the Outbacks and are going to get PA's hopefully this week. Me & Widsa got talking one day about making our own Victorian fishing forum for kayaks. By the way we sold the putter! We all use to go on AKFF but they didn't look after us Southern guys well and yeah. My fishing is based anywhere pretty much from the South coast of NSW, to the local Port Phillip Bay. We also fish Western port bay quite a bit for a bit of fun on the Squidlies. My target successful species include Pinkie Snapper, Squid, Whiting, Salmon and Flathead. I am still trying to get that mother of all 'Big Red'!!!! I fish lures mostly other than Whiting. When we get the PA's we are going to do more bait fishing as it's all we use to do. By the way I am 13 years old. Anyway a quick talk about me. Happy fishing and smash those Reds!
Thanks, Mitch!
