Thanks for offering Drifta, I can swim but not fit to swim far......i have started to do a bit of treadmill from today and hopefully can get a bit fit and then head to the pool again for regular swimming to increase the distance i can swim.

What then stair master?

If u can pedal a yak u can lie on your back and gently kick and there ya go, swimming!
I'm not really a good freestyle swimmer, spesh with my shoulder, but could swim on my back all day long, and remember I'm a smoker and not been working almost a yr, so my fit was isnt what it used to be.

Get fit mate. Learn to swim. Get confident IN the water.
Lugging an AI or a TI around...would pay to be doing some regular strength training. Especially if you want to use it a lot.

And if I had a TI anywhere near those GT's that are on that link you posted....I would be fishing a lot....In an AI....with a big freakin smile on my face.
