The thread size, i.e. What size bolt would fit into it?
I have an ebay version of the eco ambush, but looks identical.
Pretty sure the bolt size is a standard (coarse) M6 thread brass insert, with about 10mm depth. Any stainless steel or galvanized / zinc plated bolt should work, as long as it is not too long.
I'll whip out one of the bolts and confirm tomorrow.

If anyone is thinking of buying one of these (which has been a great first kayak for me) I should mention there is a newer version of this hull:

It has more freeboard (would be a bit of a drier ride), a big centre ice /lure /fish box, hinged front hatch (I cannot use mine on the water).

Good price too - $600 on ebay with paddle/seat etc.
