need advice please
hi guys ive got a malibu kayak x13 just wondering if there it wheels i can get for my kayak saves me from struggling to carry it. also im new to kayaking and would love to find out how to catch squid as ive never caught a squid in my life. im going to head out to jam jerrup for the first time this saturday with my brother. any advice will be helpful. cheers

G,day and welcome, your new to the sport and your going to jam jerrup? my advice is stick to port phillip bay untill you at least get some experience up, read the safety section as its gots heaps of info

I brought a trolley recently (recommended by another member Kads) and am really happy with it.
It transports the Kingfisher so should do the malibu easily enough.

There are plenty of options for kayak trolleys, I use a cTug trolley and it is really good. One thing I would stay away from are the scupper trolleys I personally think they are not ideal for kayaks.
I see your based in Altona if your after squid try out from Apex park, Williamstown or Point Cook.

hi tibet i just made my own trolley out of 20mm pvc copied it from a vid i saw on youtube. Cost me about $35 I've got mine going thru the scuppers because i know its not going to move around. I also inserted an old broom handle down the tube to reinforce it that idea i got from herbie works a treat.
