Hobie outback upgrade

I’m thinking about a up grade but need to know what people think about a price for a 2008 outback with the lot? Any feed back would be helpful

I'd say somewhere under the magic 2 grand figure - around $1800-1900, since you have the side-kicks (150-200 bucks worth) and the sail kit ($300) and the wheeleez cart, plus the live-well.

Looks like you have plenty of rod-holders and a sounder (?) too.

I think the 2008 model has the older twist-locks for the mirage drive and the lever-operated rudder up/down?

You could always split it up and sell some of the bits separately (sail/sidekicks and live-well)

I second seperating sail kit. Odds are most folks looking for an outback have no need of it. Yet it may appeal to someone with any model hobie.

In real terms its probably one of the most underused hobie accessories

Actually, I might be interested in the sail kit and amas...

What sort of $$$ would you be after - please ignore my previous valuations! :-)

Cheers,

Mike.

$1,900 and he can throw in an Outback.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.

I like the new outback westy, but $4000 makes me a little nervous that's a lot of money for a yak so maybe last year's model as they are a good price at he moment.
