Mostly catch and release. When I am keeping I use a waeco esky and a bag if ice. $4. No mess. No clean up. Easy.
Live long, fish hard and hopefully catch something.

I generally use a wet cotton Bakers Delight bag and keep it wet.
This works fine for me as I'm normally fishing either dawn or dusk, hot mornings I'll generally be off the water by 9 if I have some snappers.

I've got a catch bag that fits perfectly into the rear well of my X-13. It was around $100 at one of the shows at the exhibition centre.
It's light, well insulated and will fit anything I'm likely to catch (not that ambitious!). Throw in a couple of ice blocks like smish uses and it lasts a longer time. Best thing is it lays flat and doesn't catch the wind which suits me as I like to paddle and move around.

Ive got a couple of the Coleman party stacker eskys, the 48 can larger one and the 24 can. The beauty of these eskys is that fit well on the revo and the lid has a lip so you place things on top and they will not slide off. If I could find more of the eskys I would buy them as they also come in handy as storage in the car as you can stack them on top of each other. I have a couple of flat reusable ice blocks which fit snugly on the bottom of the eskies. Always have a couple of the heavy duty stand up garbage bags in the yak and these have come in handy for storing larger fish/catches .

Problem with rear eskies is keeping count of your catch. Was that 19 flatties or 21 you have popped in the back?

If you can't keep count if what you have taken then really the esky location is the least of your problems
