If you cant do donuts on a motorbike on a public highways, why can you do donuts on a jetski on a public water way. Swimmers and small craft operators are just as vulnerable as pedestrians and cyclists.

They should be allowed to have fun and do donuts, etc. there is just a place for it. I don't think half of them know the rules. they simply can't wait to get clear or they want to show off in front of mates. Whatever the reason we have all seen ski's fly past too close. I used to swim from olivers hill to frankston pier and always had ski's far to close to me. We were in a large group as well. Couldn't miss us.
