I carried out the survey, However, think I will have to call them up. Already been criticized for mentioning a perceived bias in the questions, on facebook.
I worry when percentages are used and not detailed. will follow up.

Would you please remind anyone who hasn't yet completed the survey that we are still interested in hearing their views?

They called me a few weeks ago with some follow up and I passed on some of the feedback from the social media platforms I shared it on.
I mentioned some of the concerns around the survey being a catalyst for licensing or registration. They asked me if I reassured everybody that it's not in their plans. I said I hadn't, but I guess I just did.
