Scallop Dive Jan 21.

Post by maverick »

Looking to do a yak based scallop dive at Tyrone on Saturday 21st. Slack water is around 9.30 a.m. so will probably arrive there around 8.00 a.m. I have a new diver with me as a buddy taking my spare Outback. Planning on a sail/fish around Blairgowrie afterwards for Salmon/Kings.

Are you using tanks or snorkel . I do have scuba gear but tank is out of test . It`s been a few years but would be good to do another dive .

About 500m.

Tanks - just got mine tested. Most dive shops will lend you a tank if you have one in being tested.

I`d really like to make this dive . My mother is moving house that weekend . I`ll see how I go . May have a bit of trouble fitting into the old wetsuit also . Hope you`ll be doing another this summer if I can`t make it .
