While the Vyakers were at SWR 2019 I did the Nitrox course and a two dive boat dive to Fish Rock Cave with South West Rocks Dive centre.
Probably one of the best dives I have ever done.
Very professional dive centre set me up with gear buddies and a dive master guide.
We did the same two dives described by SurfanFish, the gutter first then a surface interval then in and through the cave at 24m then exiting the cave at 12m.
Heaps of cray lined the crevices inside the cave and six grey nurses appeared at the exit to greet us before we swam to the aquarium where the visibility was reduced to less than 20m because of all the fish. The only negative was we had to grip the rocks on the bottom as we proceeded over a ledge to fight the surge back to the boat mooring.
These youtube videos describes the dive site well.
