So, we complain about the abundance of rat pinkies and their penchant for stealing our bait.
Well, https://www.facebook.com/CapeYorkTravel ... 2ODI4MzYz/ puts a slightly different spin on that!
Enjoy.

Ha, I'd much rather tackle a drop bear than a croc. On a recent trip north it was made crystal clear to me to stay out of the water at the beaches at that time of year. A bloke who served me at Dan Murphy's was the first one to warn me, then our fishing guide told us stories that make your head spin. Just chatting to locals while doing some recon for land based fishing, they were very helpful but made it clear that you need to be smart about your behavior.erik the viking wrote:Yeah, of course it's real.Galey wrote:Hahaha the threat is real.

Apparently, the BIG crocs are heading further south down the coast faster than anyone had predicted!Ha, I'd much rather tackle a drop bear than a croc. Some have been sighted not far from the Gold Coast.
Not making the news of course, can't deter the tourists.
I suspect the local hired 'hunters' will quickly and conveniently dispatch them asap.
It's not the sharks that'll get you!............
