This is the trailer to my upcoming (and probably last) video 'So Long and Thanks for all the Fish' which is basically going to be a much longer more fleshed out version of this, plus a lot of stuff I just had to leave on the cutting room floor. This is by far my most action-packed fishing vid yet. Enjoy
Thanks for all the Fish

Wow, that got the heart rate up.
Great editing Josh. Well done.
Marlin, Sailfish, Tunas, Wahoo, Queenys, Cobia, Jewwy and was that a humble gummy or a reefy?
There were obviously some k's clocked up getting amongst all that action.
But, why (and probably last)? Hopefully you aren't serious?
If you are, my sincere thanks for the all the action.
I enjoyed the journey.

Sadly no sailfish or wahoo in that clip, all the beakies are marlin and what you probably thought was a wahoo was a big old Spanyard, and yep, those are reef sharks. Yes, many kms between fish... a number of years to. That's about 7 years worth of footage, though I did leave a lot of footage out that I wanted to sneak in there. The full version 'So Long and Thanks for all the Fish' will include stuff that was hard to leave out of this vid.
My trip to Fraser was cancelled this year and it will be a few years before I return (other priorities have popped up) and to be honest, it takes destinations and fish like that to inspire me to shoot and edit fishing video these days. I haven't been very active in the fishing video scene for a while and for a while at least I'll soon be even less active, so just in case I never really come back to it I figured now was a good time to wrap it all up and say thanks (to everyone who has supported me) while I was at it, hence the title of the clip

Whatever you do in the future Josh, best wishes and good luck to you.
As I said to you before, it was yours, Mav's and Rhino's vids that inspired me to pull the finger out and join in the fun.
Once the Outback came with the hard framed seat, (for my I crap back!) I was in!
I will never get out wide, land a marlin, a tuna or a GT, but I will make sure I have fun whilst I'm out and try my hardest to get a big'un.
And, I will give out a yahoo or such when I get a good hit or land a PB! Sorry.
But isn't that why we go out and 'drop a line' ?
Salt or freshwater, it's all the same. Have fun and enjoy what little time you have left.
After all, it's only fishing!
The bay temp is well on the way up, so I might soon get my PB red................!!!!!!!!!!
Until then, I will keep watching more Youtube clips and prey for some suitable light winds.
And again, thanks for all the fish.
