It's on Discovery Channel so Foxtel for us here. It starts October 23rd in the USA, I can't see it listed on the Foxtel guide yet.

Watched the show, can't believe there's such a thing as commercial kayak fishermen?... Low overheads I guess.
Interesting to see how they negotiate getting a 30kg tuna onto a yak. I wonder if spear gaffs are legal here? Looks like a good way to subdue a big fish before bringing it in close.
