Nice vid jord! Looked like you were going along at some descent speed.
Is that a new paddle?

Nah just one that came with the yak I was borrowing, had to give it back today. At 46cm wide the ski makes some bloody good ground. Just wanted to try my hand at a vid and get some feedback, so cheers for the replyNello wrote:Nice vid jord! Looked like you were going along at some descent speed.

Nice, looks like it takes some good core to keep it balanced. Did you have to concentrate on balance much as to not tip over too often?

Re: First video on the yak
Yeah it does. I was only really paddling to keep myself upright as the strokes help you maintain balance. This video was after a few previous sessions too. It definitely gives you a new perspective of kayak stability.l2andom wrote:Nice, looks like it takes some good core to keep it balanced.
