here's a video i made a few years back at portarlington. Getting your head under the water around our coast and bays is almost like going to another planet. I highly recommend you stick your head into the fish's world some time for a different perspective.

I was fishing right there the other day in the yak, was a bit too windy but the squid were going ok and got a couple of half decent yank flatties.
The flatties spat out a few baby cuttle fish each and they were that fresh I could have used them as bait.
That reef is a lot bigger than people think too and plent of good fishing along it.
I'm hanging to get a butterfish on a plastic too, a couple of my local mates have mastered it so i gotta get one soon i hope.
