Thanks Hatters you are a champion for setting this up for me
All these little movies were done on my olympus camera late last year .The first one at Lake Bolac was done in aprox 15 to 25 knot winds ,it was very squally at the time ,the yak was basically stripped of everything and I kept it in about 2 mts of water for just in cases ,the wind tried to tip the yak a few times to make it interesting ,perhaps outriggers or amas might help but where is the fun in that
The second clip is heading out in what you would call typical Lorne swell of about 1 and half mts ,it doesnt look like it in the clip but I can assure you was, fishing is not really on the cards but it does get the blood pumping .The next clip is coming back from Whites beach Torquay to the boatramp at fishos ,it started to rain and a 10 knot southerlie picked up but it was still warm ,I throughly injoyed this trip back while trolling
In last one I have gone past the pier and Im heading into the bay towards Lorne ,the reason for this is it was way too rough out further
So I hope you have injoyed my little flics
cheers cruiser
