Doesn't anyone here have a hobie sail they could measure?
I don't want to be a low baller and walk into SLH just to measure a sail lol

If anyone can also give me the mast wall thickness it would be appreciated.

I assume its alloy.

So I have sorced the mast, will be 22mm alloy joined with the height adjustment from a pr of crutches, and the tube cost me $17 for 5.5 m and I only need 3.1m
Working out very cheap this is.

Can't really hep you out with actuall dimensions, but the Hobie mast is very heavy for the size
and is of very heavy gauge tubing, certainly not 1.6mm like a lot of 20mm ally tubing.

Also, the top section of the Hobie mast slots right inside the bottom section, not just via
a shoulder/stepped fit (like tent-poles, for example.

If no one here can help, you could contact a Hobie dealer or post a message over on
the Hobie forums...

Cheers,

Mike.

That's cool, a member pm me saying its 2.0mm
I'm getting 1.4mm but I have some other 1.25mm ally that will fit snugly inside.
