Haven't done it myself but try
seeded mustard, lemon juice, garlic fryed off. Deglaze with a little white wine, then add cream. Once thickening and combined add fresh herb maybe dill or chives and parsley and some lemon rind.

I've done crumbed, battered, roasted, smoked and bbq but, i do like pasta an cheese so im liking Robs idea but like a good aussie im waiting for more im thinking maybe poached but i can't quite work out the details of the side dish yetlaneends wrote:I need to learn more fish dishes other than just crumbed with chips...
Ps wine as in whine, hmm the neighbors complain ha ha wine is for drinking ffs lol ok so i tried sherry once but that didnt work but if it isn't brewed, stilled or contains alcohol in any shape or form im in

Good fish needs nothing to enhance it....but if you have to eat S#!^ fish then the more powerful the added flavour the better (Garlic, onion, chilli)laneends wrote:I need to learn more fish dishes other than just crumbed with chips...
