Fish in white/chease sauce with pasta

Just wondering if anyone has some good recipes?

Haven't done it myself but try
seeded mustard, lemon juice, garlic fryed off. Deglaze with a little white wine, then add cream. Once thickening and combined add fresh herb maybe dill or chives and parsley and some lemon rind.
Get creative, like spicy, add chillies :thumbsup:

I need to learn more fish dishes other than just crumbed with chips...

I've done crumbed, battered, roasted, smoked and bbq but, i do like pasta an cheese ;) so im liking Robs idea but like a good aussie im waiting for more ;) im thinking maybe poached but i can't quite work out the details of the side dish yet

Ps wine as in whine, hmm the neighbors complain :cry: ha ha wine is for drinking ffs lol ok so i tried sherry once but that didnt work :cheers: :cheers: but if it isn't brewed, stilled or contains alcohol in any shape or form im in :shock:

Good fish needs nothing to enhance it....but if you have to eat S#!^ fish then the more powerful the added flavour the better (Garlic, onion, chilli)
