Bacon Sweeties

Here's one for Ghurkin. I was just watching a show called "Secret Meat Business" and it just featured a dessert made with bacon. You get the butcher to cut very thin bacon rashers and lay them on a wire rack in a baking dish. You then generously sprinkle them with brown (raw) sugar, (the sprinkle one not the treacle type). Cook in the oven on 180C for 15 minutes until they are crispy and hard. Then pour a layer of chocolate sauce on top of each rasher and sprinkle with toasted almonds. YUM!
