I have been pickling all sorts of fish for years and finally after the last few batches
got a good recipe to share, over the summer months I was spearing a variety of fish and doing different mixes, spices.
Some were S#!^, but most were fantastic, this recipe I havint had any one complain! ... Using a 500gram jar fill quarter of vinegar, quarter of water, a tea spoon of sugar, 2 teas spoons of salt, 1 tea spoon of peppercorns , 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, cut up a few spring onions, juice of 1 lemon. Add fish chunks, ready in 2-3days
