It's likely to have been left on the dock with a very big cantilever during a spell of very hot weather. The HDPE will soften in heat and with the tail providing a big overhanging weight it would cause the hull to buckle and sag. Hulls will come back into shape with proper support and some heat but this one might be too far gone. :shock:
