They reckon that since I'm not the original 'victim' and that it happened so long ago, they'd never get a prosecution.
The only real chance would be if Marcus got in touch, but that's a very long shot.
So if anyone reading this is on Facebook, could they please post the details of this thread and all relevant info about the kayak and the gumtree ad in as many relevant kayak-related groups, that would be great.
