Gday from PI
Gday from PI
G'day all. Long time fisher, rocks and boats. New to kayaking. Based in Cape Woolamai picked up a second hand hobie recently and enjoying pedalling and paddling around and getting a feel for it. Feel free to give me a shout if anyone is up for a fish around Cleeland Bight. Appreciate the info here and look forward to contributing a few trip reports. Cheers Ewan

Welcome Ewan, safety stuff blah blah blah - should be some AI trips coming up that way after Christmas once the hoodlums show up.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.

Hi Ewan,
I'm down at Woolamai most of the xmas season, but tend to put the yaks away until the tourist hordes have gone - just don't enjoy being on the water at this time of year.
Might see you at Cleeland Bight one day.
Cheers,
Mike.

Welcome to the forum.
I work in San Remo, and sometimes hit the squid from Cleeland bite
Post in the trips section if your going out and keep an eye if anyone is headed down this way for a fish (plenty of easy spots in short distance from you and better fishing grounds imo)
