How's it going fellers.
After a couple weeks of wrecking my brains out over upgrading to a 2014 pa14 I've decided to sit it out a bit longer and wait for the new 2015 model.
In the mean time I wanted to fit a boat seat to give me a bit more room in the cockpit.
The new seat isn't that much more comfortable then the old pa seat but room is amazing.
Fitting was pretty easy for a change.
The old seat almost touched the center hatch and made it a pain to open.
Easy now but.
Seat upgrade for the pa14.

I've been looking at a few but they only come in pairs. I also want one with a specific hinge that I can modify so it will lay back for those late night trips with long waits between bites. If someone is happy to split costs and take the other then I'll get them.

I should also mention I moved the seat 80mm back and also lifted the front of the seat 25mm so the seat leans back a bit.
Some people don't mind the upright position but I get a sore back.
The way I set it up suits me pretty well so im happy with it.
You can fit it through the original bolt holes and move it if u don't like it like I did.

I don't like the seat to far back as you don't seem to be able to get a good peddle stroke even with the peddles adjusted, ok if your 6'8". My seat has a swivel base and lent back slightly, makes for a very comfy days fishing.
Cheers Gary...
