I used similar but wet mount and stick foam down with sikaflex. Push transducer in, snug fit. Then start off each trip squirt a bit of water in. I use a syringe due to position. Transducer has never come loose and I car top inverted. Its only a small squirt of water, so it just evaporates after. Di...
