Just something that actually works and will save me a huge amount of time. Saves most time if you need a lot of garlic. I have a curry paste recipe that needs 20 cloves.

My dad had motor issues in his tinny and needed the coast guard. There was no charge, but he was encouraged to give a donation (which he did, of course)
